Space Moving provides local and long-distance moving services, including but not limited to:

3. Booking and Payments
3.1 Estimates and Quotes
- All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided by the customer. Final charges may vary depending on the actual services required.
- Additional fees may apply for extra labor, long carry distances, or unexpected service requirements.
3.2 Deposits and Cancellations
- A deposit may be required to secure your moving date.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled move may be subject to a cancellation fee.
3.3 Payment Terms
- Full payment is required upon completion of the move.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
4. SMS and Email Marketing
4.1 Consent to Receive Messages
- By providing your phone number and email, you consent to receive promotional and service-related communications from Space Moving.
- You may receive updates, special offers, and reminders via SMS and email.
4.2 Opt-Out Option
- You can unsubscribe from promotional emails by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link in the email.
- To opt out of SMS messages, reply STOP to any message.
- Even if you opt out, we may still send transactional messages related to your booked services.

- Standard messaging and data rates may apply depending on your carrier.
5. Customer Responsibilities
- Customers must provide accurate and complete information when booking a move.
- Items of high value should be disclosed before the move to ensure proper handling.
- Customers must ensure that all belongings are packed securely unless packing services are requested.
6. Liability and Claims
6.1 Damages and Loss
- Space Moving will take all reasonable precautions to handle your belongings with care.
- In case of damage or loss, claims must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the move.
- Our liability is limited to the basic coverage outlined in our agreement. Additional insurance options may be available upon request.
6.2 Delays and Unforeseen Circumstances
- While we strive to meet all scheduled appointments, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. Space Moving is not liable for such delays.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in California.
8. Changes to Terms
Space Moving reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with the updated effective date.
